Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident in your CŌR pieces. If your purchase isn’t right,
returns are accepted on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition, with tags
attached, and free from marks, makeup, or damage.
Sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale unless faulty.
Approved returns are eligible for exchange or refunds. Refunds are not
offered for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty Items
In accordance with South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act, all products carry
a 6-month implied warranty.
If an item is faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
To report a fault, provide your order number and clear images of the issue for
assessment.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been
processed or shipped.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
