We currently offer shipping within South Africa. All orders are prepared and dispatched from our local warehouse.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been collected by our courier partner, you’ll receive tracking details to follow your delivery every step of the way.
Delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Please note that time frames are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.
Each order is carefully prepared before dispatch. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and collection from our warehouse.
Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, all further delivery updates will be communicated directly by them using your tracking details.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS as soon as your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take a short time to reflect after collection.

We do not offer same-day or next-day delivery at this time

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to assist. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
